2. Account Registration and Use
You must provide accurate and complete registration details. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and account access. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Google Search Console and Data Access
To provide SEO recommendations, SearchAnalytics.ai connects to your Google Search Console profile via OAuth. We read, store, and analyze the GSC reports as permitted by your setup. You represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions to grant such access.
4. Fees, Billing, and Subscriptions
We offer tiered subscription plans with credit allocations. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your plan. All sales are final, and refunds are managed at our sole discretion.
5. Intellectual Property
All platform interfaces, proprietary models, cluster algorithms, logos, designs, and database structures are owned exclusively by SearchAnalytics.ai. Your search console data remains your property.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SearchAnalytics.ai be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or search rankings, arising out of your use of the platform.
7. Changes and Termination
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes agreement. We may suspend or terminate your access for non-payment or violation of these terms.
